Senior Manager Fiscal Operations in Stillwater, Oklahoma

Provides fiscal support and maintains budget for the College of Education.  Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Finance, Accounting, or related field. Seven years professional work experience with emphasis in budget and finance. Must be able to think critically and have extensive knowledge of budget preparation and projections. Fiscal and personnel management experience needed as well. Ability to manage time to accomplish multiple objectives and meet competing deadlines. Ability to effectively delegate assignments and establish appropriate controls. Ability to establish positive relationships, actively foster a spirit of cooperation, and work cooperatively as a member of a team. Ability to project attitudes and images favorable to the College of Education and the University. Ability to handle confidential information/material with utmost discretion. Ability to understand, interpret and communicate clearly to others policies and procedures established by the College, the University, OSU CIED, OSU Foundation, and other agencies.
