Responsible for the review and upkeep of the current fiscal year salary and maintenance budgets for the College's state accounts, once the fiscal year has been set. Maintain up-to-date records reflecting current balance information. Provide monthly, or as needed, reports for review by the Dean's administrative team. Serve as a representative and liaison with the OSU Foundation for college/university activities, e.g.Chair and Professorship accounts and annual scholarship funds. Oversee the College's stores, services, and auxiliary accounts and work closely with the departments on the set up and use of these accounts, including the review and establishment of the annual audited rate. Assist the Sr. Fiscal Officer and Fiscal Affairs Coordinator with special projects and assignments, as requested, including organization of special meetings with department staff, BDS activity, and other.
